As well as:Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional satisfactionIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the client base, driving revenue growthDevelop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needsAddress client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experienceAbout youThe successful candidate will have a proven track record as a successful Account Manager within the manufacturing industry, preferably in the foams sector.
