As a leading supplier of industrial and consumer foams, our products are used for diverse needs, including bedding, furniture, healthcare, sports, packaging, transport, cleaning, and custom made to order.

The opportunity
You'll build and nurture relationships, drive sales growth, and be a driving force behind our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. As well as:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional satisfaction
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the client base, driving revenue growth
Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs
Address client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience
About you
The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a successful Account Manager within the manufacturing industry, preferably in the foams sector. As well as:
Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Ability to analyse client data and market trends to drive strategic decisions
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
Experience within the manufacturing or industrial sector is highly desirable
