Agency Account Management (Advertising, Arts & Media)
We are a great little creative agency based in Grafton – our work is made up of well-known clients and a mix of 65% B2B and 35% B2C. Our day-to-day includes a range of digital, print, branding, TVC and strategy.
Over the past 9 years, we've developed a strong reputation for understanding our clients' industries & products inside and out and building solid trusting relationships. Our team is made up of experienced people (digital experts, designers, account managers) with a can-do attitude who enjoy helping clients deliver projects that help them grow. We have a modern office in Grafton, very close to motorway on-ramps and bus routes.
The Role
We are looking for either a Senior Account Manager or an Account Manager with 2-3 years of experience. In this role, you will be the conduit between our clients and our creative & development teams. You will have responsibility for the project management of work from the initial client briefing to the creative output and reporting.
Due to the size and nature of our clients, the successful applicant will benefit from working with established marketing teams. This means we're looking for someone who can build on existing established relationships – meaning this is a relationship management role and not a hunting/sales role.

The Hours
We aim to achieve work-life balance for our team, so the role could suit if you wish to work school hours, full time, or an alternate setup including working from home on occasion.
You
You will need to be highly organised, with strong communication skills and a positive attitude. The right candidate will either have a track record as an account manager in agencies or client-side as a senior marketer. Ideally, candidates will have had experience working with clients on projects that have included advertising through digital channels and be able to use this knowledge in client discussions.
