About the Role As an Account Manager, your main responsibilities are to manage and execute media campaigns, from start through to completion. You will work closely with the Business Director to maintain quality control of the media campaigns and continually evaluate and improve performance against client goals.

You will work collaboratively with the internal Hearts & Science team, various specialist teams, media owners, and other external agency partners. You are responsible for junior to mid-level client relationships ensuring everything is running smoothly and that all questions are answered in a timely manner, in accordance with the Hearts & Science client service expectations.

In addition to being involved in the planning of campaigns, you will at times be required to buy media campaigns (working with both specialists in TV and digital channels).

As well as a solid offline understanding of media, the Account Manager is expected to have a working knowledge of the digital media arena and support the Digital Director and Performance team when required.

Skills and Experience At least 18 months of relevant media and client management experience Implementation planning capabilities and understanding of media principles and finance Good client-facing communication & presentation skills Conversant in the role of each channel and ability to provide justification/rationale Well-developed time and project management skills, with good adherence to deadlines If this role is of interest, please apply directly via the job ad ASAP to be considered.
