Account & Relationship Management (Sales)Full timeSalary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year + CommissionAre you an experienced and successful Account Manager in the software industry? If so, we are looking for you!You will need to be a strong relationship builder who is driven to improve our client's engagement through identifying opportunities to maximise our services, and as a result drive success for you, them, and us. Your clients are located in the Auckland and Northland regions and are a broad mix of industries and sizes.Outstanding communication skills are required, as this role will be exposed to all areas of the business, including Senior Management.Responsibilities:Relationship building with assigned clients at all levels, including C-Level, to develop and maintain client loyalty, referrals, and longevity.Effective representation of Frontier Software's entire range of products and services to assigned clients.Analyse and deliver increased product penetration within your portfolio.Act as liaison between your clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions.Develop client-specific programs which assist your clients in developing their use of Frontier Software products and services.In return, you will enjoy a competitive salary, access to a generous commission program, hybrid work environment, annual reviews, access to an employee assistance program, and plenty of career progression opportunities.You will be working for a company that has a policy of reinvesting a significant portion of revenue in ongoing product development to ensure our product suite is at the cutting edge.
