YOUR ROLEAs an Account Manager working across the Hospitality sector, you will be responsible for delivering profitable growth by helping our customers streamline their purchases of essential hospitality products. You will work closely with clients in the hospitality industry, such as hotels, restaurants, and catering services, to ensure the supply of food service packaging, cleaning and hygiene products, kitchenware, and other essential supplies. Your role will focus on building strong, long-term relationships with customers, understanding their operational needs, and providing innovative, cost-effective solutions.With full support from our management and sales team, you will take full ownership of your territory, driving new business while servicing and expanding existing customer relationships. Your ability to work autonomously and strategically will help ensure that our business strategies and targets are achieved.Key responsibilities: Manage and grow a portfolio of clients within the hospitality sector, focusing on food service packaging, cleaning, kitchen supplies, and hygiene products.Provide tailored solutions to customers that help them optimise their product usage, improve operations, and reduce costs.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including purchasing managers, chefs, and operational teams.Identify and pursue opportunities for new business development within your territory.Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely and effective delivery of products and services.Analyse customer data and trends to forecast needs and adjust sales strategies accordingly.Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, with a strong focus on driving customer satisfaction. Here are the essentials we're looking for: Current valid driver's licence.Experience in territory or account management, ideally within the hospitality sector.Strong background in B2B sales, purchasing, or solution selling in the hospitality, food service, or cleaning and hygiene industries.Ability to self-manage, with strong organisational skills and the drive to meet targets.Proficiency in analysing and interpreting customer data to inform your sales approach.Excellent communication, questioning, and listening skills to engage effectively with clients.
