About Us: Total Supply Limited is a leading supplier of commercial wide format printing equipment and consumables to the commercial print, sign & display market.  This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to join our team.  You will be motivated and focussed, with a real drive to hunt for new business as well as grow existing customers.  While some experience in the signage industry is preferred it is not essential, we are really looking for the right person to fit into the existing team.  We are a great team; we all work together well and ensure the job gets done.  We are based in Highbrook, Auckland and we have modern facilities with free car parking on site.  There will be some travel (circa 1-2 days per month) required outside of Auckland so flexibility is a must. The Role:In this role you will work collaboratively across the business to achieve strategic sales growth, you will also be responsible for the following: Setting budgets annually with your direct managerBudgeting, planning, targeting and executing sales growth in your portfolio Delivering high levels of customer service to both internal and external customersContributing to relevant operational decisions and wider marketing strategiesMaintaining administrative responsibilities – sales support, incoming communications, supplier contact, pricing maintenance, product updates and additionsContinuously developing and expanding product and industry knowledgeSubmitting clear, concise sales reports monthly, or as requestedCollecting information and recommendations regarding customer and competitor activity, product trends and market intelligence and providing feedback to the Sales Manager and Sales TeamWorking safely and effectively according to current company SHE policy, legislation and relevant SOPsAbout You:You will have a great attitude and a strong work ethic.  To be considered, you'll also need to have the following: 1-2 years previous experience as a similar role and/or similar industry1-2 years ERP experience – Pronto would be great!Honesty and reliabilitySelf starter who can manage their own time and resources effectivelyEasy-going and get on well with others Excellent communicator with great people skills and the ability to build rapport and relationships quicklyThis role is for an individual who is confident and comfortable communicating at all levels.  A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable; however, a record of success in a similar role would be of equal importance.  This is a fabulous opportunity for an individual that has the right attitude, is self-motivated, highly organised and has the desire to achieve results.  What we Offer:Superannuation (Kiwisaver)Life InsuranceAccess to discounted Southern Cross membershipLong service leave entitlementsBirthday LeaveEyecare subsidyPaid Jury DutyWellness benefitVolunteer leaveAnnual Health Checks/Mole Map checksAnnual Flu shotsHow to Apply:If this sounds like you, then please apply now.
