What's the job?
You will be responsible for finding candidates and placing those candidates into jobs with other NZ businesses. Key responsibilities include:
Sales calls – 100+ calls per week (if you don't get a buzz off cold calling or are willing to keep calling, then this job is not for you)
Business development - bringing on new clients through a variety of sales methods
Building client relationships
Extracting value from existing clients
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process (writing job ads, screening, interviewing, referencing, background checks)
Creating a strong candidate pipeline to keep up with your clients' needs
Managing health and safety requirements
What we're offering:
Base salary + best in market commission (OTE $130K+)

A bit about you:
We're not necessarily looking for someone with the sharpest CV or work experience, for us it comes down to attitude, drive & a strong work ethic.
To be successful in this role you will;
Have an outgoing energetic personality
Must be motivated and have a strong drive for results
Strong work ethic – this role requires someone to put in effort to build their client base
Experience in working in a fast-paced office environment
Ability to build strong relationships with a diverse set of people
Have the confidence to pick up the phone & be proactive with managing clients and candidates
Have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Be organised, able to multi-task and work at pace
Sales experience would be beneficial but not necessary
