Our client, a well-established Managed Service Provider (MSP), is seeking a skilled and proactive Account Manager to join their team. This role is crucial for maintaining and expanding client relationships, ensuring high levels of service delivery, and driving growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in an MSP environment, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for their IT needs.
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Understand clients' business objectives and align services to meet their requirements.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support.
Monitor and report on account performance, proactively addressing any issues.
Assist in contract renewals, negotiations, and service agreements.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role within an MSP environment.
Strong understanding of IT services, infrastructure, and managed solutions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client issues.
