Account & Relationship Management (Sales)Cool-Safe seeks an Account Manager in Auckland to support customer accounts and environmental programs. Join a team driving sustainability!Our Client:Cool-Safe is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join their dynamic team in Auckland. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Cool-Safe has made a significant impact in reducing environmental harm caused by synthetic refrigerants. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of their climate-friendly programmes.What you'll do:Promote and increase opportunities for the Cool-Swap programme, ensuring existing accounts are maintained and renewed.Responsible for promotion and increased opportunities of the Coolest-Courier programme.Generate prospect lists for new business through industry contacts and visits.Maintain relationships and grow existing business within your dedicated customer base.Provide weekly reports across Cool-Swap and Coolest Courier programme growth.Proactively participate in weekly team meetings, providing feedback on new initiatives and market intelligence gained through client interaction.What you bring:2 to 3 years of Business Development/Account Management experience, preferably within a trade/HVAC/HVACR environment but not essential.Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite & database experience and expertise.Confident communication style, both written and verbal.Ability to work effectively within a dynamic environment & prioritise demand.Organised with good attention to detail & timekeeping.What sets this company apart:Cool-Safe is a mission-driven community committed to reducing environmental harm caused by synthetic refrigerants.
