Portacom is looking for a Hire & Sales Consultant who's ready to make things happen.
About the role Proactively hunt for new business opportunities across the industry to drive sales growth Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, always aiming to exceed revenue targets and KPIs Craft accurate and compelling quotes, tender proposals, and essential documents Develop and sustain key customer relationships, ensuring consistent communication at all levels Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues swiftly and keep clients satisfied About you A proven sales pro who can energise any room (or modular office) You live for the hunt and are at your best when pursuing new business Align with Portacom's values – fast, flexible, and reliable Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills High energy, enthusiasm, and a knack for innovative thinking A strong networker with a track record of building and influencing relationships Experience in construction or related industries Benefits The role offers a highly competitive six-figure package, including a solid base salary, a performance-based incentive scheme, and a company vehicle.
