Job Title Account Manager - Facilities Services

Job Description Summary You will be responsible for account and client relationship management for contract allocated Trades, managing contractual requirements to achieve contractual agreed KPIs and exceeding client's expectations.

About the Role: Achievement of financial targets for allocated FS accounts, including:
Revenue and gross margin targets, in line with fiscal budgets. Invoicing. WIP targets, aged debt targets. Management of Facilities Services accounts, in line with contract scope.
Ability to support the pricing and review of technical submissions to clients.
Set-up of new buildings/assets, including PPM schedules and billing.
Asset reporting and solutions focused.
Account communication and activity scheduling.
Account reporting – accurate and timely, in line with contract scope.
Support account invoicing – accurately and timely, in line with contract scope.
Support account debt – managed effectively to less than 60 days.
Co-ordination of scheduled client meetings and completion of agreed action points.
Account retention.
Account growth.
About You: Commercial or Business diploma/degree.
Building services based background preferable.
People management experience.
Ability to communicate and develop relationships with key clients.
Effective communication skills.
Structured approach to contract management and issue resolution.
