Business Development Manager (BDM) – Construction & Hire Industries Our client is seeking a driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with expertise in both the construction and hire industries.

Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Building: Proactively engage with clients through meetings, calls, and social media to understand their specific needs and deliver customised solutions that drive value in both industries.
Networking & Industry Presence: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and professional associations.
Build connections with key decision-makers and become a trusted advisor within the construction and hire communities.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Conduct in-depth market research, identify new business opportunities, and leverage LinkedIn for targeted outreach.
Implement strategic follow-up methods to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
Strategic Sales Development: Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity, craft effective sales strategies, and clearly communicate how our client's solutions meet client challenges, offering real business value.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a BDM in both the construction and hire industries.
