Account Manager (12 Month Fixed Term Maternity Leave Cover) Contract/Temp A new opportunity for an Account Manager (GPT team) is available for a highly organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment for a 12-month fixed term maternity cover. This would suit someone with strong communication skills, a good degree of initiative and the ability to exceed our customers' expectations. You will be working from our Wetherill Park depot to ensure the smooth and efficient scheduling of our specialised fleet and allocation of labour to match our client's needs. Your new role: Responsible for the scheduling of a fleet of trucks and professional drivers for all NSW GPT's and related works Liaise with clients and debrief drivers and crews to ensure all activities are satisfactorily completed Managing all GPT contacts Checking and approving all GPT invoices End of month reporting Weekly meetings with the Accounts team Working as part of an NSW scheduling team Ensure maximum client satisfaction and day to day problem solving Prompt answering of numerous inbound calls and emails providing a high level of customer service Your skills and experience: Previous experience in the coordination and scheduling for similar industry advantageous Be solutions orientated, with focus on achieving positive client outcomes The ability to communicate effectively with drivers, management and our clients Sound administrative skills and computer literacy (Excel, Word) with a strong attention to detail Able to adapt to and learn new computer systems and processes Organisation and prioritisation skills Why TDG Environmental: TDG Environmental is a proudly Australian owned and operated company, providing field maintenance services to a wide range of customers in the waste and water market.
