What the day will look like

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with other professionals both externally and within our organisation.
Your valued contributions will play a key part in the delivery of our solutions and services into your local area.
Lead your client servicing requirements and identify opportunities for growth within your existing client base as well as new business.
Providing professional, accurate and efficient responses to client needs, and be a liaison with external partners and underwriters.
The coordination of client renewals and preparing premium calculations.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

A strong operator with a wealth of experience in insurance broking or underwriting.
This role requires you to hold a New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) – General Insurance.
Experience in handling all aspects and responsibilities related to providing broking services and compliance around providing financial advice.
Proven client engagement skills, an effective communicator, an advocate, and confident in your ability to provide counsel and advice and negotiate good outcomes for your clients.
A sound degree of commercial competence and the ability to understand and navigate the complexities and needs of your clients.
