We are looking for an Account Executive or potentially 'cream of the crop' marketing graduate to make the most of this super exciting opportunity.

Experience in creating social content, a solid understanding of digital advertising platforms and web analytics would be ideal but not mandatory.

The Role
The Account Executive, with the support of the Client Services Director, will be responsible for ensuring 4AM delivers to our clients' strategic business objectives by providing exceptional project management, client service and end-to-end communication strategies across all channels.
You'll be required to work across multiple clients and disciplines, ensuring work is delivered profitably, on brief, on time, on budget and to the highest standard. You'll be good at briefing and managing jobs through designers and writers both in and out of house.
Your marketing brain will be put to use not only on client work – but also taking a key role in the marketing and execution of the agency itself through managing our social and owned channels.
The successful candidate will take initiative, display a can-do attitude and will not be afraid to own the job from start to finish. They will also need a good eye for detail, and an understanding of what makes great work.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
Day to day management of your client portfolio with the support of the Client Services Director. This includes developing trusted relationships with our clients, our external partners, our internal team, our freelancers and our suppliers.
Alongside the Creative Services Director, help develop succinct client briefs and amazing creative briefs in order to provide overall direction for all creative outputs.
Support the Client Services Director with input into project budgets, preparing estimates, job costing & tracking, invoicing and reconciliations.
Develop briefs and oversee deliverables for media, social media content and digital activity for client campaigns when required.
Assist with updates to client website CMS.
Be across the detail and status of each project at all times to ensure these are being delivered as required.
Provide analysis and reporting on advertising activity where needed in conjunction with our media partners.
Manage workflows across video, print, digital, photography, social, direct, website and design production.
Prepare work for presentation to client to agency standards.
Take responsibility for the activity and growth of agency social channels.
People and Process
Ensure internal agency process is followed. Take initiative and roll out improvements if and when required.
Keep management across all jobs including any issues relating to the deliverables or profitability.
Day to day management of client and job financials alongside the Studio Manager and Client Services Director.
Supporting the Client Services Director with preparation of campaign budgets, estimates, cost reconciliations and monthly invoicing.
Regular cost control to avoid scope creep and managing the recouping of costs where job overages occur.
Experience Required
To succeed in the role the candidate needs 1-2 years experience in an agency, or internal marketing team. Or top marks in a related degree level qualification. The below may not be able to be ticked off by a graduate which we acknowledge, but if you have a hunger to learn and good initiative then you will rise to the challenge.
You have experience across profitable client portfolios.
You have successfully delivered multi-channel advertising and marketing campaigns.
You have the ability to understand and distil consumer/business insights for feeding into masterful creative briefs.
You have a basic understanding of video, print, digital, photography, social, direct, web and design production workflows.
You can confidently engage with clients of all levels and have a strong and engaging presence.
You have an up-to-date understanding of media channels and the relationship they have with messaging.
You have strong problem solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions and push past road blocks.
You understand design, have an appreciation for the power of great creative and single-minded communication.
You are able to quickly gain the trust of clients, internal teams and external suppliers.
