Within this service is the Duty Nurse Manager service who provides management after hours. The Access Manager role for Waitakere will coordinate and manage service activities to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care for patients and families/whanau.You will effectively contribute as a member of the Waitemata Central management team across Waitemata in line with the business plan and the organization's strategic direction. You will have been working in Management roles previously and will provide leadership and management to ensure staff can contribute effectively to the achievement of service objectives and performance targets.The Waitakere Duty Nurse Manager team will be reporting to you, and leadership of this after-hours team will ensure they are part of any access and flow initiatives.
