About the Role We have an opportunity for an Accident CompensationCorporation (ACC) Contracts Coordinator to join our Finance Team.
This role is an important part of the Christchurch CampusACC Team by ensuring PMS (Patient Management System) data is accurate and ACCinvoicing is timely and complete.
You will be responsible for:
Investigatingmissing accident claim detailsMaintenanceof PMS accident claim detailsExtractionof data from PMSPreparationof monthly billing schedulesInvestigationof outstanding paymentsThe role is based in the Corporate office in centralChristchurch. However, remote work is available with the expectation to travelto Christchurch from time to time.
The ACC revenue team's key role is the capture and optimiseall ACC revenue with a focus on clinical and surgical services.

About you Our ideal applicant will have ACC knowledge, experience inPMS and Zero and will be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
We are looking for an all-round team player that is notafraid to pitch in and help out in other areas to get the work done. You willgain invaluable experience working as part of a finance team making adifference to the Canterbury Health System.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skillsExcellenttime management and organisation skillsACCexperience/knowledgePMS/Oracleexperience and/or accounting experience in ZeroExcellentkeyboard skills and proficient in Excel and other Microsoft applicationsPreviousexperience in a public health system is preferred but not essential
