Located in Otautahi | Christchurch, Aotearoa | New ZealandFull-time 37.5 hours per week (1.0 FTE)Continuing (permanent) positionGenerous annual leave provisions and professional development opportunitiesAu Mahi | What You Will DoAs the Academic Administrator in the UC Business School, you will provide high-level and comprehensive academic administrative support to the Associate Dean (Academic) and the Academic Services Manager.The Business School provides a positive challenge for an administrator wanting to work in a vibrant and progressive environment.Mou | Who You AreTo be successful in this role, you will have significant demonstrated experience (minimum 3 years) involving academic administration in a tertiary setting. You will have excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, along with strong organisational skills. You will have a focus on detail and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy. Working with a wide variety of people to quickly develop effective professional relationships will be second nature to you, as will relating to people from different cultures and backgrounds.
