As the Academic Administrator in the UC Business School, you will provide high-level and comprehensive academic administrative support to the Associate Dean (Academic) and the Academic Services Manager.
The Business School provides a positive challenge for an administrator wanting to work in a vibrant and progressive environment.
Mou | Who You Are
To be successful in this role, you will have significant demonstrated experience (minimum 3 years) involving academic administration in a tertiary setting. You will have excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, along with strong organisational skills. You will have a focus on detail and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy. Working with a wide variety of people to quickly develop effective professional relationships will be second nature to you, as will relating to people from different cultures and backgrounds. You will have the ability to plan, develop, and maintain electronic filing systems and have excellent knowledge of meeting and minute-taking protocols.
