About the role We are looking for an Academic Administrator to join our Registry team to provide a wide range of high-quality services to students, staff and external organizations. The role is permanent, full time (40 hours a week). The successful candidate will be based in New Lynn, at our vibrant campus. Responsible for: Processing student enrolments quickly and accurately Recording students' results Answering student queries with regards to enrolments and results Completing other academic administrative tasks to ensure the student journey is smooth Requirements 1 or more years previous experience in academic administration, ideally using SELMA or another Student Management System Tertiary qualified with a diploma/degree in a related subject Knowledge of the New Zealand tertiary education sector A high level of administration skills, great attention to detail and full understanding of academic policies and processes, TEC and NZQA requirements Benefits and perks Hardworking and fun multicultural team who celebrates success Birthday leave after 2 years' service Free flu vaccine annually Please apply with your CV and cover letter, addressing how you meet the skills and experience required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
