·      Support the Principle and other staff where appropriate to ensure the smooth running of the branch as per the instruction given
·      Researching, preparing and formatting emails, letters and other documents
·      Preparing and maintaining accurate and complete administrative documentation throughout the workflow;
·      Reminding the principle of important tasks and deadlines
·      Participating in procedures and practices to maintain, affirm and improve team effectiveness
·      Communicating effectively with a range of people, groups and principle
·      Organising personal schedules and arranging appointments when required
·      Producing required documentations, eg: daily reports; meeting minutes, etc in a timely and professional manner
·      Screening and directing phone calls and distribute correspondence
To be successful you will need to:
·      At least one year admin work experience or
·      Have a relevant Diploma or above qualification
·      Have "can-do" attitude and team Spirit
·      Excellent organization and time-management skills
·      Advanced Computer literacy, communication skills and administrative skills
