Responsibilities: Offer on-site technical support and hardware repair services for laptops, desktops, workstations, tablets, and related devices, catering to both commercial and residential customers.
Perform installations, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs on various IT products.
Skills/Must have: Secondary/high school qualified with a relevant technical qualification and 6-12 months relevant work experience
PC certifications and/or repair experience
Desk side based experience and use of ticket management tools are a bonus
