You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our water, wastewater, storm water, and transportation services.
Your primary focus will be ensuring the accurate and efficient administration of water meters, providing outstanding customer service, supporting operational activities, and carrying out administrative duties.
Your efforts will directly contribute to the delivery of high-quality services to our community.Key Responsibilities:Processing water meter information.Provide essential administrative support to the operations team.Serve as the primary interface between customers, contractors, and the team.Handle phone and email inquiries from customers in a professional and timely manner.Utilise a variety of information to offer accurate advice and services.Collaborate effectively within a team environment to enhance the customer experience.This permanent, full-time position (Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm) is based at our office at 179 St Hill Street, Whanganui.How to applyInterested?
