1st XV Rugby Coach and Director of Rugby Skip to content 1st XV Rugby Coach (Boys) and Rugby Director Over the last 10 years One Tree Hill College has developed a strong and successful rugby programme, including a season in the 1A competition. In 2025 the college will have 4-5 teams entered in Auckland rugby competitions across all levels from Year 9 to Year 13, both boys and girls. Our girls 1st XV were semi-finalists again in 2024. Our boys 1st XV are in the 1B competition. Our goal for both boys and girls is to win our respective 1st XV competitions and continue the development of rugby at the college.We seek a suitably qualified rugby coach to coach our boys 1st XV team, coordinate our various rugby teams, and the lead our junior rugby academy in 2025.The successful candidate must be available for coaching the boys 1st XV during the week and on the weekend, assisting with the development of other coaches, and coordinating the organisation of all rugby teams throughout the season. The ideal candidate will also be available to coach our junior rugby academy throughout the week. There is an option to make this a fulltime role by including work as a sports coordinator.
