Hamilton Barnes are partnered with a large scale financial exchange with a global presence who have recently built a brand new Security Operations Centre in Porto.
They are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry Level Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst for a 12-month contract in the vibrant city of Porto.
For the first 6 months of this contract, you will be part of an industry leading SOC Training programme, run by some of the most experienced Cyber Security Professionals in Portugal.
Responsibilities:6 Months working on an intensive SOC Training programmeMonitor security alerts and events using SIEMAnalyze security incidents to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.Investigate and triage security alerts to determine the severity and appropriate response.Skills/Must have:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and technologies.Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.Benefits:Intensive Training Course ProvidedSeamless transition directly into the SOC after 6 monthsHybrid WorkSalary:€120-130 Per Day
