If you are looking to kick-start your career in IT and are passionate about using technology to achieve operational excellence, we encourage you to apply!Responsibilities Provide technical support to end-users on hardware and software-related inquiries.Troubleshoot problems in a timely and accurate manner to minimize downtime and ensure productivity is not impacted.Assist with the maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure and ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition.Perform regular system backups and testing to ensure data preservation and integrity.Identify areas for improvement in the existing IT environment and assist in the development of new processes to address them.Install and configure new software and hardware, including operating systems and office applications.Research and recommend new solutions to enhance the company's existing IT systems.Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.Experience with MS technology – 365, Azure, windows etcStrong experience in Active Directory, Citrix and remote desktops, and disaster recoveryExperience in VOIP, Printer or Software support is also advantageousSolid understanding of computer hardware and software, including Microsoft Windows and Office.Familiarity with antivirus software, firewalls, and backup solutions.Ability to work with minimal supervision and be a self-starter.Onsite GymFlexible working hours and working from homeRecently refurbished officeDrive for R&DOngoing training and developmentAccess to the latest technologies, and partners#J-18808-Ljbffr
