Zone Manager - Mega Kapiti

Locally owned and operated, Mitre 10 MEGA Kapiti is now seeking an experienced retailer to become an integral part of the BIGGEST home improvement store on the Kapiti Coast.
The Zone Manager will be responsible for leading sales and merchandising teams across several departments.
With a hands-on approach to day-to-day store operations, this leadership role requires:
Passion for retail and customer focus.Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire team members.A high level of merchandising and operational standards.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Practical knowledge of inventory control processes.A minimum of 1 year of proven experience managing in a retail environment.Full-time position consisting of 85 hours worked over 10 days per fortnight, including weekend days.The successful candidate will be rewarded with being a part of New Zealand's most successful home improvement retailer, an award-winning store with a fantastic culture and team member purchasing discount.
