Have a passion for customer service excellenceHave a quick and alert mind, with the ability to adapt and be flexibleHave a willingness to learn and a can-do attitudeLove working in and collaborating with a teamBe energetic, positive and enthusiasticHave strong attention to detailBe physically fit and capable with no restrictions on lifting or manual handlingHave intermediate or higher knowledge of annual and perennial species, fruit and vegetables, ornamental and decorative indoor plants.Have the ability to identify the signs and symptoms of plant disease and how to treat it whether it is fungal, viral or bacterialThe Role: 40 hours per week Tuesday - Saturday – Zone Leader Garden Centre at Mitre 10 MEGA, The Valley
