Family Works Northern (FWN) provides a range of strength-based practice child and family services across the upper North Island and has established a joint Youth Work service in South Auckland with Anglican Trust for Women and Children. FWN are looking for an experienced Youth or Social Worker to come join us in providing this valuable service.
This exciting and diverse role will see you deliver the 'Check and Connect Programme'. You will implement strategies that address school engagement, school success, and school completion. You will work alongside students from selected secondary schools in Auckland, empowering them to re-engage with school and improve academic outcomes.
