Youth Wellbeing Services Clinical Coordinator (0.5 Fte)

Details of the offer

Nelson Bays Primary Health (NBPH) promotes and supports quality community health services, with an emphasis on keeping people healthy. Our vision is "healthy community…healthy people…healthy workforce" – Hapori Ora, Tangata Ora, Kaimahi Ora.
NBPH is seeking a motivated Youth Wellbeing Services Clinical Coordinator to make a difference in the youth mental health and well-being sector within the Nelson Bays region in the following role:
20hrs per week / 0.5 FTE
This exciting new role in the Youth Primary Mental Health & Addiction programme (YPMHA) is an opportunity for someone special to combine clinical and interpersonal skills with their passion for helping young people across our community, working in close partnership with stakeholders. This is a youth-focused service which seeks to increase the access to, and choice of primary mental health and addiction services for youth populations, ages 12 to 24 years, inclusive. The programmes focus on young people who are experiencing a mild to moderate (including moderate) level of distress and will closely work with team members and key stakeholders across Te Tau Ihu.

If this sounds like the opportunity you have been waiting for, we would welcome your application.
