About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals with a compassionate outlook to work in our team who have a desire to make a real difference and contribute to a fun and diverse team.
We are looking for support workers that are keen to make positive changes to the tamariki and rangatahi we support in our community.
We are currently looking for experienced, calm and compassionate support workers within our Youth Service. It would be ideal if the candidate(s) had experience working alongside and building trust and understanding with young people. The young people we support may experience significant obstacles in their lives, which at times is expressed in complex behaviours.
While having experience as a support worker in mental health or behaviour support is advantageous, don't let this put you off applying if you are keen on a career with us, we will support you to learn the role

To work for us you must:
Hold a current First Aid Certificate (or be willing to complete one at our cost)
Hold a full current NZ Driver License
Be eligible to work in New Zealand or have a valid work visa with a minimum of 12 months until expiry.
Be able to work at least one weekend shift per week.
