For over 28 years, we've delivered holistic primary health, wellbeing, and youth development services, ensuring young people thrive and achieve their goals.The OpportunityAs a Senior Youth Coach, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding rangatahi aged 16-18 who are NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) or receiving Youth Payment/Young Parent Payment (YP/YPP).Working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, you'll:Coach rangatahi to explore pathways in education, training, and employment.Promote overall wellbeing and positive youth development.Assist the Youth Service Team Leader with service coordination, team coaching, and programme delivery (e.g., budgeting and parenting workshops).What You'll BringTo succeed in this role, you'll be a passionate advocate for rangatahi, equipped with:A tertiary qualification in Youth Work or a related field.At least 4 years of hands-on work with rangatahi, young parents, or NEET youth.Proven ability to motivate and inspire a team, fostering collaboration and excellence.A solid understanding of Positive Youth Development, Mana Taiohi, and a commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi.Strong interpersonal abilities, caseload management expertise, and a knack for supporting teamwork.A full, clean driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for work purposes.Why You'll Love Working HereAt Vibe, we value your dedication and offer:A dynamic, supportive work environment with a passionate team.Opportunities for professional growth and training.The chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of rangatahi every day.This is a full-time role (40 hours per week).
