The overriding mission of everyone who works at this organisation is a desire to improve holistic wellbeing and development to all.About the Role - Youth MentorTe Runanga o Kirikiriroa is seeking dedicated Youth Mentors - Residential Service within their Iti Mapihi Pounamu Team. Iti Mapihi Pounamu is a 3-bed youth wellbeing whare situated on a 10-acre farm on the outskirts of Hamilton. They support wahine rangatahi who come to their whare to return home to their whanau. They work closely with them to achieve goals and encourage active learning in a safe environment.Position detailsMonday - Sunday, (12-hour shift rostered 4 days on, 4 days off shift rotation).
