Yard & Drive Thru Team Member

You'll be working in our Yard and Drive Thru area as part of the team of 11, serving customers, loading, and unloading products onto vehicles/trucks.
Daily you will be responsible for: Assisting our customers within our timber yard & Drive Thru departmentLoading goods onto customer vehiclesProcessing customer orders and transactionsPicking orders for delivery when neededMonitoring inventory and cycle countsAssisting as directed to ensure an efficient warehouse is maintainedOperating a ForkliftThis is a permanent full-time role, working Tuesday to Saturday.
About you: You will play a lead role in ensuring our loyal customers are given the utmost care and service.
You will need to be a people person and someone who thrives in building rapport with customers.
Full clean class 1 driver licence and Forklift licence/Experience is preferredTrade/product knowledge or warehousing experiencePhysically fit with solid health and safety valuesAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentGreat attention to detail and organizationCompetent computer and numeracy skillsPre-employment checks including references, medical, drug test and a Criminal background check are required, as well as the legal right to work in NZ indefinitely.
