Yard and Drive Thru Team Leader - Mangawhai You'll lead and develop our vital front-line team in our Yard and Drive Thru area. Be responsible for driving excellent service delivery to our retail and trade customers when they come through our yard and drive thru/pick up area. This role will be reasonable for controlling Inventory and stock management and despatching. Making up orders and loading onto our delivery trucks.
Lead a team of 2 in the Yard and Drive thru. General maintenance to ensure Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality requirements are exceeded.
Due to the nature of our Mangawhai branch you would need to be team focused and assistant in different areas of the branch when needed.
This is a full-time permanent role, working Monday - Friday 7am-4pm and working every second Saturday (morning only). About You: We are looking for someone who has the ability to lead and is highly motivated to make decisions and act to continuously improve performance and safety measures.
Your Hands-on leadership and Trade industry experience will be of the most value to you in this role. The ideal candidate will enjoy a varied role and has a strong Health and Safety culture and belief. Great interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively and conduct the team. Proficient computer skills. Physically fit and enjoy working both inside and outside. Proactive and able to think on your feet under pressure.
Have a Full driver's licence is essential and Forklift experience is preferred. What's we offer:
