Yard And Drive Thru Customer Service

You'll be working in our Yard and Drive Thru area, serving customers, loading, and unloading products onto vehicles/trucks.
Daily you will be responsible for:
Assisting our customers within our timber yard & Drive Thru department
Loading of goods onto customer vehicles
Processing customer orders and transactions
Picking orders for delivery when needed
Monitoring inventory and cycle counts
Assisting as directed to ensure an efficient warehouse is maintained
Operating a Forklift
This is a permanent full-time role, offering 45 hours a week. Working Monday to Friday from 7am to 4.30pm, based in PlaceMakers Wanaka. About you:
You will play a lead role in ensuring our loyal customers receive the utmost care and service. You will need to be a people person and someone who thrives in building rapport with customers.
Full clean class 1 driver licence and Forklift licence/experience is preferred
Trade/product knowledge or warehousing experience
Physically fit with solid health and safety values
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Great attention to detail and organizational skills
Computer and numeracy knowledge
