Have strong curriculum knowledge and the ability to develop positive working relationships with staff, children, and whanau.
Have experience with te reo Maori and PB4L (Positive Behaviour for Learning).
Have strengths in literacy and/or numeracy.

Be hard workers who are prepared to go the extra mile for children.
Be problem solvers and use their initiative.
Have a growth mindset.
Be supportive of extracurricular activities and opportunities.
