Applications are open for a positive, enthusiastic, and passionate educator to join our team as the Pastoral Leader of Y7 & 8. This role includes 10 hours per week dedicated to pastoral care and 10 hours of teaching time of a Y7 or 8 class.
Key responsibilities:
Provide pastoral care and support for Y7 and 8 students.
Teach a Y7 or Y8 class.
Foster positive relationships and student engagement.
Promote achievement and excellence within the school community.
Applicants must have:
A thorough understanding of the New Zealand Curriculum.
A passion for working with this age group.
A current work visa and/or be legally eligible to work in New Zealand before you apply.
Additional information:
A school house may be available if needed.
