Our classrooms are global and we take pride in the multicultural community we inhabit and foster.We are looking for an inspiring and innovative team leader who values and believes in fostering positive partnerships with students, staff members and whanau.The successful applicant will:Provide leadership and guidance to the Y7–8 team, fostering a positive and collaborative learning environment.Contribute to the development and implementation of an engaging and relevant curriculum for Y7–8 students.Provide academic and pastoral support to students, ensuring the overall well-being and success of all of our learners.Excel in open and honest communication, while also demonstrating the ability to be highly organised, make well-informed decisions, and empower learners and staff in their team.Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance their leadership and teaching skills.Work closely with the senior leadership team to promote and lead the strategic direction of the school.Comply with all Board policies and relevant legislation.We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
