Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a confident and passionate professional to teach a Y7 & 8 composite class. Based in an idyllic country setting, Taupaki is a well-established primary school with approx 240 pupils from Y1 to Y8 and a dedicated staff.
At Taupaki School, we aim to deliver a knowledge-rich curriculum that is cohesive and progressive as well as vibrant and engaging.
We are looking for an experienced teacher who is kind and welcoming, has excellent communication skills, and can contribute positively to a collegial and successful team.
Our ideal applicant will have some experience in the following areas:
Experience with collaborative planning
Experience with this age group
Strength in literacy and/or mathematics is an advantage
Passionate about sport and have the skill set to lead sports in our small school.
