Primary and intermediate (Years 1–8) / kura tuatahi, Certificated teacher
We seek enthusiastic, collaborative, friendly, and self-motivated teachers who can provide a positive and inclusive learning environment to meet the needs of emerging adolescents. We are a large inner-city intermediate school with outstanding students and a supportive staff.
We seek teachers with excellent knowledge of the New Zealand Curriculum who can plan and implement effective teaching and learning programmes. We want teachers with excellent classroom management skills and a proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and whanau. Experience with structured literacy and/or the code may be advantageous.
Beginning teachers interested in starting their career in an intermediate school setting, we offer an effective mentoring programme and welcome your enthusiasm.
