Primary and intermediate (Years 1–8) / kura tuatahi, Certificated teacher

English, Health and physical education, Mathematics and statistics, Science, Social sciences

We are looking for a passionate teacher to join our team in 2025.
Our new teacher will:

Have strong all-round curriculum knowledge
Be willing to inquire about their professional practice
Be future-focused on teaching and learning practice

Incorporate culturally responsive practices within their class to engage tamariki in their learning as well as valuing their wellbeing
Be a team player with a positive attitude and a great sense of humour
Be a hard worker who is prepared to go the extra mile for children
Be a problem solver and use your initiative
Have a growth mindset
Applicants will need to have experience in New Zealand schools and ideally classroom experience at upper primary/intermediate level.
