The person we are looking for will be:
Confident in their understanding of school contexts in Aotearoa New Zealand
Able to deliver high-quality structured literacy and maths programmes
Willing to engage in evidence-based teaching practices
Able to develop excellent relationships with tamariki and their whanau
Reflective, motivated and motivating
Experienced with (or have the willingness to engage in) PB4L and be able to develop excellent relationships with students
Able to demonstrate culturally responsive pedagogy.
