This Y2 role is vital – bridging the transition from our new entrants to Y3, where learners emerge from Phase One as resilient, curious, and ready to thrive. Explicit teaching is at the heart of what we do, and strong routines, high expectations, and a genuine love for building relationships with students and their whanau will define your practice.
