Join Our Team in Queenstown! Passionate about automotive excellence? Thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment? Lead our Queenstown Service Department as a Workshop Service Manager. Ensure our fleet is legally compliant, well-maintained, and ready to hit the road.
What You'll Do:
Coach, lead and motivate a team of 10-30 skilled workshop team members (varies seasonally).
Manage budgeted labour, repairs, and maintenance costs.
Collaborate with RVSC South Island Manager, National Service Manager, and other key stakeholders.
Ensure top-notch customer service and quality workmanship.
Drive efficiency and productivity in our Service Centre.
Responsibilities:
Maintain high vehicle standards aligned with our company's training plan.
Contribute to branch leadership initiatives.
Implement and monitor customer satisfaction standards.
Handle warranty claim processing.
Ensure 7-day leadership coverage.
Facilitate effective training for the team.
Lead recruitment efforts.
Design rosters to meet business needs.
Requirements:
Grade 3 trade certification as a mechanic.
Full current driver's license.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar automotive role.
Cost management expertise.
In-depth knowledge of automotive systems.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Passion for quality and customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
