Our mission is to provide exceptional customer service and top-notch repair work to ensure our clients' vehicles are restored to their original condition quickly and safely.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Workshop Manager to directly support the owner and help oversee daily operations.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Oversee and guide panel beaters, painters, and shop staff; train new hires and mentor existing employees; ensure quality standards and improve workshop efficiency.
Operations: Plan workflow for timely repairs, manage tool and material use, resolve operational issues, and organize parts for upcoming jobs.
Customer Service: Provide vehicle updates, estimates, and handle concerns; manage insurance claims and related paperwork.
Technical Work: Perform hands-on repairs, including panel beating and painting; inspect completed work for quality assurance.

Problem-Solving: Skilled in troubleshooting operational and technical issues.
Computer Skills: Proficient in automotive repair software and MS Office.
