Team Leaders/Supervisors (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) We are looking for a Workshop Supervisor/Foreman as a pivotal role within our business Morrifield Greenhouses and we are keen to hear from you if you think you have the skills and experience to be successful in this role.You will be ensuring the manufacturing team and workshop runs efficiently, whilst maintaining the highest possible standards of work. You will also be part of an award-winning small family business company that has been operating for 40+ years with an established and growing database of awesome clients. Some office duties will be required including, freight dispatch, phone calls and emails.In this role you will be managing a busy workshop environment with a great team of people doing normal hours of Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with facility to work extra hours if wanted. Normal hours of work will be 42.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday (Opening or closing as required), and in peak season additional hours may be required to meet demand.We believe that everyone in a business needs a decent break at least once per year so we completely close for 2-3 weeks over Christmas so we can all enjoy family and friend time. If working with a methodical approach with a careful eye for detail suits your personality and abilities then we want to hear from you, but if you are rough, sloppy or have a 'she'll be right' attitude then this isn't for you, We pride ourselves on ensuring our customers expectations are exceeded while producing a quality made product and a high level of service. Qualities and experience we are looking for from you:* Hands on experience with people management, allocating individuals and teams to ensure work is completed in a timely manner to a high standard* Experienced in quoting jobs, materials and time to necessary complete some projects.
