Workshop Foreman

Pacific Tourways is a privately owned and operated business. We are looking for a skilled Diesel Mechanic/Foreman at our Christchurch workshop, predominantly looking after the team and the preventative maintenance, servicing, and repairs of our modern fleet of Tour and Charter Coaches.
In this role, you will:
Oversee the daily operations of our workshop and lead a small, skilled team of diesel mechanics.
Be hands-on with vehicle maintenance, servicing, and diagnostics.
Ensure health and safety standards are met, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.
Who we're looking for:
An experienced diesel mechanic in the Road Transport industry.
Someone with a can-do attitude who can jump in and do as well as lead.
Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to work with various diagnostic software.
Proven leadership abilities with great communication skills.
Administration skills with experience in fleet maintenance systems.
A current driver's licence (class 4 or higher preferred).
All applicants must have the legal entitlement to work in NZ and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
