About the opportunity:

We are seeking a Workshop Foreman to join the team in Napier . This role requires a hands-on, experienced professional to manage repairs, services, and customer interactions within the busy workshop. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality work standards and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all equipment repairs and services, ensuring high-quality and timely completion.
Interpret customer requirements into actionable repair orders and obtain approval for additional work.
Provide technical advice to customers and ensure all customer complaints are addressed promptly.
Ensure all service-related paperwork is completed accurately and on time, including job sheets and repair orders.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Benefits:
$85,000 - $95,000 salary based on experience.

Requirements:
Strong technical knowledge in servicing and repairing vehicles and equipment.
